The dream of becoming an architect isn’t as glam as the reality. There’s a lot of drudgery. Designers IRL are stuck answering emails, sitting in zoom meetings, and chasing building codes and material specs.

While Motif gives architects their time back, we created a brand system that invites them back to the tangible world, celebrating what inspired them to design buildings in the first place.

The first idea, scribbled in their sketchbook, polished to precision. Everything in its place. Pushing the rules, defying gravity. The anticipation of breaking ground. The pride of walking through the doors for the first time.

We took inspiration from the architect’s space. When you walk through a studio, you see all the layers of the creative process and the intricate steps that go into designing a space. There are sketches, material libraries, and review boards. Intricately crafted models. Iconic books. This is the feeling we wanted to capture in the system. Not just the technical 3D modeling software. The entire design process – from thought to built, and the irreplaceable human presence along the way.
